Shipping policy

At Vorenax, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises along the way. Vorenax is a brand operated by Admark Media LLC, 111 Speen Street, 2nd Floor, Framingham, MA 01701, United States. Questions about shipping can be sent to support@vorenax.store or to 1-888-351-5058, and we reply to every email within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Order processing

We know you're excited to get started, so we move quickly. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email right away and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, and every order ships with full tracking.

Delivery times and shipping costs

Most orders arrive within 7 business days of being placed. The estimates below include processing and transit time.

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there. International delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs, which is outside our control.

Holiday orders

Carrier volumes rise sharply between mid-November and December, which can slow transit times. If you are ordering an advent calendar or a gift for a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before you need it, so it arrives in time for December 1 or your gift date.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the processing time above, or if we learn that delivery will take longer than the estimate we gave you, we will email you with a revised date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. If your order has not shipped within 7 days of purchase, we will contact you with an update and offer you a full refund, and we will cancel the order unless you tell us you prefer to wait.

Order changes and cancellations

You may cancel your order or change your shipping address at any time before it ships by emailing support@vorenax.store or calling 1-888-351-5058 with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, and any return is handled under our Refund Policy.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and reship it to the corrected address; a reshipping fee may apply for addresses outside the United States. If we made the error, we will reship at no cost to you.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, if your package has not arrived within the delivery window above, or if your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier, and if the package cannot be located we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. This coverage applies to every order at no extra cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not need to return the item.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our prices unless checkout states otherwise.
